Completed Project: Berkshire Golf Club Reservoir

Final design & construction of 20,000m3 Irrigation reservoir, spill weir and sump. Initial design by Roger Davey at Irritech Ltd. The reservoir is partially filled by borehole supply and in winter by drawing off from a drainage ditch. The volume drawn from the ditch is controlled by a spill weir flume which maintains a specific flow downstream as a requirement of the Environment Agency and excess is diverted to the sump, where it is pumped to the reservoir.

Reservoir Started: February 2008
Reservoir Completed: June 2008

Spill Weir Started: October 2008
Spill Weir Completed: November 2008

Project Value: £110,000
