Scope of works and general description of work undertaken:

Agripower were delighted when they were recently awarded this tender through Wokingham District Council. The objective was to build a fenced multi use games area which was suitable for a Junior Schools sporting curriculum.

The project included: Clearing vegetation, installation of drainage, concrete edgings, colour coated acrylic surface, twin bar fencing.

The surface chosen was painted, water based, acrylic.

Mark Swatton Contracts Manager was assigned to this project, he has over 30 years' experience in projects of this kind. Jerry Anderson our Director was involved with any Health and Safety issues, he has over 25 years' experience.

Project Performance Statement: The project was delivered within the programme budget and ahead of time. Agripowers competent team of installers completed the project during the summer term, the school was still busy with holiday clubs so communication was paramount

Client Liaison:

Apart from the pre-start meeting regular meetings were conducted between the school office and Wokingham Borough Council.

Client Satisfaction:

The school and the council were delighted with the completed MUGA and that we managed to complete the project earlier than expected. The children were able to use the surface as soon as they returned back after the summer term.
